I’ve been at a dead run for years now and have decided it’s time to make time to start blogging… do people still blog?
Well anyways, today I put the finishing touches on a Maple and Birch medicine cabinet, with mirrored doors.
It’s simple.
Sometimes I like simple.
Uncomplicated lines, clean execution, clear finishes that bring out the natural beauty of the wood.
And it’s functional, that too is good.
I’ve tried artsy for artsy’s sake and have never been truly happy. I like to build pieces that do something, hold your dishes, keep your tv off the floor, a table to eat and play games and do puzzles on, an end table to hold your drink while you read or watch tv.
Or hold your medicine.
